Voluntary insurance of depositors’ risks

Belagroprombank JSC, within the framework of cooperation with Asoba JLLC, enters into insurance contracts under the terms of Regulation No. 42 “Voluntary insurance of depositors’ risks” on the following conditions:

• the insurance period – from 3 months to 10 years inclusive (determined in full months),
• the insured amount – is set in Belarusian rubles or foreign currency (the size of the insured amount in foreign currency is calculated in Belarusian rubles at the official exchange rate of the Belarusian ruble established by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus in relation to the currency of the insured amount on the day of payment of the insurance premium (part thereof)) by agreement of the parties, on the basis of information on the interest rate under the bank deposit agreement, in an amount not exceeding the amount of accrued interest for the entire term of the bank deposit agreement,
• the insurance premium – is paid in Belarusian rubles at a time on the day of conclusion of the insurance contract and is set depending on the size of the basic insurance fee,
• the insured event is the fact that the Beneficiary does not receive income in the form of the amount of accrued interest in Belarusian rubles or foreign currency under the bank deposit agreement due to early termination of the bank deposit agreement during the validity period of the insurance contract in cases provided for by Regulation No. 42 “Voluntary insurance of depositors’ risks”.
