Depositary service
In accordance with the opened “depo” account, on the basis of an agreement for depositary services, OJSC “Belagroprombank” provides individuals with the following depositary services:
- accounting of securities owned by the depositor;
- carrying out transactions with securities on the account "depo" of the depositor on his behalf;
- encumbrance of securities with obligations in accordance with the law;
- carrying out operations related to the pledge of securities;
- provision of statements on the status of the depositor's account as of a certain date, as well as statements on operations on the depositor's account for a certain period;
- provision of consulting services within the framework of the concluded agreement for custody services;
- carrying out other operations in accordance with the legislation on the "depo" account of the depositor who is the owner of the securities.
To conclude an agreement on custody services, an individual must:
- apply to the regional directorate, banking services center providing depository services, or to the securities depository of the Securities Department of Belagroprombank OJSC;
- have an identity document with you (passport of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus, residence permit in the Republic of Belarus, refugee certificate or other document in accordance with the law);
- fill out a written application for opening a depo account;
- issue a card with sample signatures in accordance with the law.
The fee for the bank's services is set in the amount determined by the Collection of fees (remunerations) for operations carried out by Belagroprombank OJSC.
