Brief conditions from 22.05.2017
An account is opened for an individual (a citizen of the Republic of Belarus, a foreign citizen and a stateless person permanently residing in the Republic of Belarus) to collect, store and use funds received in the form of gratuitous (sponsored) assistance, including foreign or donations.
A charitable account of an individual is opened in Belarusian rubles, US dollars, euros, Russian rubles.
The regulation of the procedure for providing and using gratuitous (sponsored) assistance and donations is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 31.08.2015, No. 5 "On foreign gratuitous assistance", Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 01.07.2005 No. 300 "On the provision and use of gratuitous (sponsored) assistance”, Article 553 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus.
The opening of an account is carried out by the Bank on the basis of an application for opening a charitable account of an individual, upon presentation of an identity document and documents confirming the validity of opening a charitable account.
Interest on the account is not charged.
