    Chapter V. BANKING SERVICE PACKAGES  
    28. Service package for  women's  entrepreneurship "WHAT WOMEN WANT"

    THE REGULATIONS  FOR PROVISION AND USAGE OF THE SERVICE PACKAGES FOR WOMEN'S ENTREPRENEURSHIP    
           1. The regulations for the provision and usage of the  service package “WHAT WOMEN WANT” (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations, service package) regulate the procedure for the provision and use by corporate clients of the bank belonging to the business direction “Micro and Small Business” and are the subjects of women’s entrepreneurship (hereinafter - clients) in JSC «Belagroprombank» (hereinafter - bank) of the service package.
    Service package - a set of banking services provided in accordance with a bank account agreement in Belarusian rubles to clients at the bank on the basis of an application (free form) for connection to the service package, including those provided using remote banking systems, or on the basis of an application for opening bank account, including an application for comprehensive banking services (hereinafter referred to as the application).
          2. Women's business entities include:
    individual entrepreneurs – women;
    legal entities whose share of the participation of women in the authorized capital of the organization at the time of joining this package is not less than 50% and whose head is a woman.
    Clients belonging to the business direction "Micro and Small Business"are included in the service package.
    The category and business direction are assigned to the client in accordance with the bank’s local legal act regulating the procedure for segmenting corporate clients.
    When changing the business direction “Micro and small business” to the business direction “Large and largest business”, the bank unilaterally, from the 1st day of the month following the current month in which the business direction was changed, transfers the client to service from the service package “ WHAT WOMEN WANT” for the “SMART LLB” service package of a line of service packages for corporate clients of JSC Belagroprombank.
    If the client’s business direction changes, the bank notifies the client at least 30 calendar days before the date of transfer from one service package to another service package electronically via RBSS. In case of disagreement with the transfer from one service package to another service package, the client has the right to disable the service package in the manner provided for in paragraph 21 of the Regulations.
    3. The service package is an integral part of the Fee Guide for operations carried out in the bank (hereinafter - the Fee Guide), and determines a separate procedure for charging fees (rewards) when providing services to customers.     
          4. The following client bank accounts in Belarusian rubles opened with the bank are connected to one service package:
    current (settlement) bank accounts (including special accounts and sub-accounts, accounts accessed by corporate bank payment cards);
    charitable accounts;
    trust accounts.
    Client accounts for accumulating budget funds are not included in the service package.
    For services under a service package, the client pays a user fee regardless of the number of client accounts in Belarusian rubles serviced under this service package.
    The list of the service package does not change when additional accounts in Belarusian rubles are connected to the service package (the number of transactions included in the package does not increase).
          5. As part of the service package, service with a grace period is provided.
    The grace period is provided to new clients who, at the time of submitting an application for opening a current (settlement) bank account in Belarusian rubles (and (or) other accounts specified in paragraph 4 of the Regulations), do not have other accounts with the bank (including those opening a current account for the first time (current) bank account in Belarusian rubles, in respect of which the registering authority sent an electronic application to the bank through the AIS “Interaction” and (or) the remote banking service system (hereinafter referred to as RBSS) (if technically possible at the bank) (hereinafter referred to as new clients) .
    The grace period is provided for 3 months, during which the user fee for this package is not charged (in this case, the month in which the client is connected to this package is considered a full month of service).
    After the grace period expires, the bank provides servicing to the client under this service package (with a user fee).
    If the client is disconnected from the service package (based on a free-form application) within 12 months (from the month of the grace period), the client pays a fee (reward) to the bank in the amount specified in clause 7 of the service package.
    6. The date of connection to the service package is:
    for newly accepted clients - the date of opening of a current (settlement) bank account and (or) other accounts specified in paragraph 4 of the Regulations, in Belarusian rubles;
    for clients who are serviced by the bank and are connected to the service package - the first day of the month following the date the client submits the application.
    The bank does not connect to the service package if the client at the time of connection to the service package has a debt (overdue debt) to the bank in terms of payment of fees (reward) for settlement and cash services at the bank.
    7. The bank provides services to the client using the RBSS “Internet – Client” subsystem, which is included in the service package.
    A prerequisite for connecting a client to a service package is the conclusion of an agreement with the bank on the use of the “Internet – Client” subsystem of the RBSS.
    8. The client is served by the bank according to one service package.
    The client's structural unit (branches, representative offices, etc.), which has its own payer identification number (hereinafter referred to as UNP), is connected to a separate service package (if it has a RBSS).
    Subject to agreement with the bank, a structural unit of the client (branches, representative offices, etc.), which does not have its own UNP, can connect to a separate package of services (if it has a RBSS).
    9. On the basis of a separate agreement/application/request in accordance with the local legal act of the bank (hereinafter referred to as LLA), connection to the following services is carried out:
    registration, connection (with issuance of a digital signature key) and use of the “Internet – Client” subsystem of the RBSS;
    remote information about ongoing operations, decisions made, and events occurring within the framework of a bank account agreement (Viber/SMS/e-mail);
    accepting cash Belarusian rubles using bank self-service devices equipped with a cash acceptance module (self-service payment and reference terminal, ATM), with crediting to the client’s current (settlement) bank accounts opened with the bank;
    accepting cash Belarusian rubles with crediting to the client’s current (settlement) bank accounts opened at the bank through an automatic deposit machine;
    issuance and servicing of corporate bank payment cards, as well as the provision of SMS information services on them;
    crediting and payment of salaries and other payments to current (settlement) bank accounts for which bank payment cards have been issued.
    10. Clients connected to the  service package “WHAT WOMEN WANT” have access to the electronic trading platform “E-Commerce Service "ShireKrug" (hereinafter referred to as ETP). Access to and performance of actions on the ETP is carried out when the client registers in the ETP in accordance with the bank’s LLA on the operation of the electronic trading platform “E-Commerce Service "ShireKrug".
    From the moment of connecting to the service package, clients have access to the “Marketplace” functional module in the “Internet – Client” subsystem of the RBSS.
    11. Clients connected to the service package have the opportunity to take advantage of the bank’s credit support in accordance with the terms of the banking products “Women’s Business – Turnover”, “Women’s Business – Invest”.
    12. Clients connected to the service package have the opportunity to receive services from the bank’s partners, including:
    expert audit of the information resource (website) of women's business entity from the company “1st Marketing Service” LLC;
    express diagnostics of accounting of women's business entity from the company BusinessRice LLC.
    13. Clients connected to the service package have the opportunity to take part in resource meetings in online and offline formats based on the bank’s Igrow Centers of Attraction.
    14. The user fee for using the service package is charged in full for the current month (except for the cases provided for in paragraph 5 of these Regulations) regardless of the date of connection to the service package and the number of transactions actually used by the client and the set of transactions provided for by the service package.
    The service package provides a certain number of banking transactions carried out during the current month.
    15. For the operation “Bank transfer in Belarusian rubles” (except for instant payments) based on a payment instruction transmitted electronically (including using AIS MOF), no fee is charged for making payments:
    for the payment of taxes, fees (duties), other obligatory payments to the budget, state target budget and extra-budgetary funds, rent for land plots in state ownership (to personal accounts opened in accounts of group 36, with the exception of payments to personal accounts, opened on balance sheet account 3632, 3633, 3636);
    to accounts opened with a bank when making payments between the accounts of a legal entity and (or) the accounts of its structural divisions that have a UNP that matches the UNP of the legal entity;
    to bank accounts (except for customer accounts) opened with the bank;
    transfers of salaries and equivalent payments and other money transfers to individuals’ accounts opened with a bank;
    within one legal entity (including from its structural divisions (branches) with different UNP) when using the Cash-Pooling service.
    16. The fee (reward) for performing transactions in excess of the quantity included in the service package is paid in the amounts and within the time limits established by the current Fee Guide, unless otherwise provided by the service package.
    17. When performing transactions not included in service packages, the fee (reward) is paid in accordance with the current Fee Guide.
    18. For corporate bank payment cards issued (re-issued) within the framework of the “BUSINESS STYLE”, “SMART”, “SELF MADE” service packages without charging a fee (remuneration), the following operations are carried out:
    servicing of corporate bank payment cards (including reissue) issued by the bank (except for urgent processing);
    provision of SMS-informing services under the “XL” package.
    19. The bank has the right to unilaterally (unless otherwise provided by agreement between the bank and the client) after prior notification to the client within the period specified in the current (settlement) bank account agreement, make changes to the current service packages (name of the service package, terms of service, validity periods, remuneration amounts, change the list of operations included in service packages).
    20. The bank has the right to disconnect the client from service under the service package if the following circumstances occur:
    the client’s refusal to connect to the RBSS, termination of the agreement on the use of the RBSS (at the initiative of the client or the bank), as well as when the agreement on the use of the RBSS has become invalid;
    if the bank has information about the initiation of proceedings against the client in a case of economic insolvency (bankruptcy), or the client is in the process of liquidation.
    21. The client has the right to disable the service package when submitting an application (of any form, including one provided using RBSS) to refuse service under the service package or when closing the current (settlement) bank account (and (or) other accounts specified in clause 4 of these Regulations) (during the service package validity period):
    21.1. no fee (reward) is charged:
     in case when clients receiving service under a service package (with a grace period) for more than 12 months;
     in case when clients connected to the service package (without providing a grace period);
    21.2. with the collection of a fee (reward) (in accordance with clause 7 of the transaction within the service package) subject to service under the service package (with a grace period) of up to 12 months (inclusive).
    When a client is disconnected from service under a service package, which includes an additional operation - crediting and paying salaries and other payments to current (settlement) bank accounts for which bank payment cards are issued, the bank has the right to initiate an increase in the amount of the fee (remuneration) for this operation
    22. If the client fails to fulfill his obligations to pay the user fee after a month from the overdue debt date on the user fee, the bank has the right to suspend servicing the client under the service package and transfer him to servicing in accordance with the Fee Guide (except for the operations specified in subclause 2.1.2 clause 2, clause 5, subclause 6.1 of clause 6 of the service package) with the simultaneous suspension of services using RBSS.
    Service under the service package (with the collection of a user fee for the service package) is resumed subject to full payment by the client of the overdue payment (reward) for cash settlement services in Belarusian rubles and (or) in foreign currency at the bank:
    when repaying the debt on the first business day of the current month - from the 1st day of the current month;
    when repaying the debt in the period from the second to the last business day of the current month - from the 1st day of the next month.
    23. The client has the right to temporarily suspend service under the service package in connection with the suspension of transactions in RBSS, notifying the bank in writing about this by submitting an application (free form), including one provided using RBSS, indicating the period of temporary suspension, which is a full calendar month (months) and should not exceed the period for which operations in RBSS are suspended.
    Suspension of service under the service package is carried out from the first day of the month following the month of submission of the application.
    Resumption of service under the service package is carried out from the first day of the month following the month (months) in which service under the service package was suspended.
    During the period of suspension of service under the service package, fees (remuneration) for banking transactions are paid in the amounts established by the current Fee Guide (except for the operations specified in subclause 2.1.2 of clause 2, clause 5, subclause 6.1 of clause 6 of the service package). The procedure for collecting fees (rewards) is carried out in accordance with the current (settlement) bank account agreement in Belarusian rubles.
    24. After disconnecting the client from the service package in accordance with paragraph 21 of these Regulations, subject to the conditions specified in these Regulations, the client has the right to connect to the service package from the first day of the next month.
