How to issue a card
1. Card selection.
You can choose the card type:
- independently, having familiarized yourself with the advantages of each of the cards. Details about each card can be found here ;
- with the help of a bank employee, by contacting the nearest bank branch, or by calling the bank’s Contact Center by calling 136. You can choose a bank branch here or by calling 136.
2. Depending on the type of bank card you have chosen to receive it, you must:
for debit cards
- fill out an application form for issuing a bank payment card;
- read the Public Offer of Belagroprombank OJSC for concluding a current (settlement) bank account agreement for which a bank payment card is issued;
- read the rules for using bank payment cards.
You can apply for issue electronically here, as well as in the Internet Banking system and Mobile Internet Banking.
To apply for a card in the Internet banking system, you must:

| Шаг 7: выбрать необходимый продукт | Шаг 8: выбрать подразделение для обслуживания/выдачи карточки, способ получения PIN-код, а также ознакомиться и принять условия оферты на заключение договора текущего (расчетного) счета, ознакомиться с тарифами, Рекомендациями по безопасному использованию карточки и нажать на кнопку «Продолжить». |

3. Receiving a card
If the decision is positive, the bank employee will issue a card. To receive your card, do not forget to take your passport with you.
4. Result - now you can enjoy all the benefits of your card, including:
- making purchases
- paying for services
- participating in promotions and promotional games held by the bank and its partners for cardholders.
- opening and replenishing deposit accounts without visiting the bank.
- controlling expenses using mobile application and internet banking.
- withdrawing cash wherever your card is accepted.
Withdraw cash for free* at cash points of the bank, in the terminals of the RUE «Belpochta», at the ATMs of the bank, as well as at the partner banks: at the ATMs of JSC «Joint Stock Savings Bank «Belarusbank», Belinvestbank JSC (untill November 5, 2025), Belgazprombank JSC.
