Over 120 thousand cards issued by JSC Belagroprombank in January-June 2011

Over 6 months of the current year Belagroprombank issued more than 120 thousand cards (about 30% of their total increment in the banking system), therefore their number reached 1,2 million as of 01.07.2011.

Of the total Belagroprombank-issued cards in circulation, about half falls on cards of the national payment system BelCard, which number increased by 108 thousand in January-June, or 1/4 of the total increment of such cards among Belarusian banks.

As of 01.07.2011 credit cards number issued by the bank exceeds 144 thousand. Belagroprombank is the market leader by number of credit cards in circulation, with a 36% share in this market sector.

At present, the bank’s equipment platform for cardholder service consists of 6054 objects, including 459 ATMs, 279 infokiosks, 5316 terminals in cash advance outlets and at merchants’.

The number of Belagroprombank’s Internet banking users increased to 163 thousand.
