Belagroprombank raised syndicated facility from European banks

In the year of celebration of its 25th anniversary Belagroprombank implemented its 10th milestone deal of attracting a syndicated facility in the amount of EUR 22 million. Facility agreement was signed on May 25th, 2016.

Since 2008 it is the first European syndication implemented in the Republic of Belarus. The transaction is truly outstanding, as the participants of the deal are exclusively originally European banks. The wide geographical structure of the transaction is formed by leading financial institutions from Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Hungary and Albania. The transaction was self-arranged by Belagroprombank, supported by AKA Ausfuhrkredit-Gesellschaft mbH (Germany) in its capacity as documentation and facility agent. The syndicated facility raised by Belagroprombank is structured in accordance with the English law.
