JSC Belagroprombank took part in the awards ceremony of the best sports journalists of the country
On February 8, 2017 JSC Belagroprombank took part in the awards ceremony “Media Olymp 2016” of the Republican contest winners among sports journalists and members of the domestic media made a significant contribution to the promotion of Olympism and achievements of the Belarusian sportsmen.
The celebration of the best sports journalists of the Republic of Belarus was held in the headquarters of the NOC of Belarus involving the representatives of the Sports and Tourism Ministry, the Ministry of Information, the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Belarus, JSC Belagroprombank as well as a wide range of journalists and ceremony guests.
The award winners of the contest among the Belarusian sports journalists,
the representatives of government agencies, the Belarusian television and sponsors of the NOC of Belarus.
The Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC Belagroprombank Siarhei Chuhai has taken part in the award ceremony of appreciation and acknowledgement certificates of the NOC of Belarus to the best sports journalists.

The Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC Belagroprombank Siarhei Chuhai has congratulated the journalists concerning their significant achievements of the sports life coverage of the country.
– Today because of mass media, because of you, dear journalists, we receive in a timely manner all the details of our sportsmen performances at the Olympic Games, World and European championships, World Cup series. You do not only analyze the sports performances, but you convey emotions to us. Besides because of your work we have an opportunity to look into sportsmen everyday life, get acquainted with their trainers, partners and competitors, learn all the details of sports life.
JSC Belagroprombank has already been making a rather serious contribution to the development of the Olympic Movement for four years in our country; we have carried out a number of interesting projects together with the National Olympic Committee. It is because sport and a healthy lifestyle is not just big Olympic starts, it is also public events, competitions of children's drawings, new sports grounds in our cities and areas. Behind all these achievements there is a big general work of the National Olympic Committee, the Sports and Tourism Ministry, sports federations and, of course, socially responsible business, – Siarhei Chuhai emphasized during the performance.
Applications from all the country have been submitted for the Republican contest of the sports media representatives. The expert jury estimated the professional coverage of the NOC of Belarus activity in the year of the 25th anniversary, participation of the Belarusian sportsmen at the XXXI Summer Olympic Games of 2016 in Rio de Janeiro. On the list of the contest winners there are names of famous Belarusian journalists, reporters, press photographers as well as the National channel of the Belarusian radio, the first Belarusian national sports TV channel Belarus 5, news agencies, republican and local printing editions, web portals, etc.
