We are pleased to inform you that on December 28th, 2010 Sergei Roumas was appointed the Deputy Prime – Minister of the Republic of Belarus in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus № 697 dd. 28.12.2010.

By appointing Mr. Roumas Mr. Lukashenko, the President of the Republic of Belarus, has shown him high confidence. This decision was backed by the effective performance of Mr. Roumas as the Chairman of one of the largest bank of the Republic of Belarus.
