Cooperation between JSC Belagroprombank and UniCredit Group ramps up.

UniCredit Group taking the leading position in the financial sector of Europe is considered one of the world’s major financial groups with which JSC Belagroprombank has always developed its partnership with confidence and attention towards mutual business initiatives.

To support the fact, in October 2011 UniCredit Bank Czech Republic, a.s. and JSC Belagroprombank concluded the Credit Facility Agreement for the total amount of almost EUR 10 mln. to finance the project for modernization of paper machine. This project won the Czech Export Credit Agency’s (EGAP) approval.

Prior to the Agreement with the Czech member of UniCredit Group, JSC Belagroprombank succeeded with the Group’s Austrian member– UniCredit Bank Austria AG. The long-term project for the delivery of an automated line for producing semi-soft cheese and cheese "mozzarella" as well as equipment for milk preparing totalling almost EUR 4 mln. was covered by the Austrian Export Credit Agency (OEKB).

Another milestone within the general cooperation strategy of the UniCredit Group was the readiness of the Ukrainian PJSC Ukrsotsbank as well as Slovenian UniCredit Banka Slovenija d.d. to act as confirming banks under the letters of credit issued by JSC Belagroprombank.
