Belagroprombank awarded with "STP-Award 2016"

JSC Belagroprombank was awarded with the prestigious «STP-Award 2016» by the German bank VTB Bank (Deutschland) AG for the excellent quality of customer payments.

In 2016 the proportion of customer payments that meets the requirements of STP (Straight Through Processing) through EUR account held with VTB Bank (Deutschland) AG reached 99.91%. Straight Through Processing (STP) is an international standard for the formatting of payments, which involves the execution of payments in an automatic mode without manual processing. Automation of international payments minimizes operating costs and increases the speed of settlements in international clearing.

This award once again confirms that the bank applies high standards of customer service quality both in terms of payment documents compliance with international banking standards and payments processing speed.
