Individuals are provided with a service of safe custody of valuables in a bank safe-deposit box.

Safe custody of valuables in the automated depository of Belagroprombank JSC is unique for the banking services market of the Republic of Belarus and has not been performed by other banks of the Republic of Belarus until now.

The clients are provided with unrestricted access to the safe-deposit box 24 hours a day.

The client’s valuables are kept in an automated depository - an isolated room designed for safe custody of bank storage items in safe-deposit boxes equipped with an automatic system of round-the-clock client access to the safe-deposit box in a self-service mode.

The automated depository is under the centrally controlled surveillance of the Department of Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus 24 hours a day, its technical resistance to burglary meets the legislation requirements.

Upon the client’s request, another authorized representative can be allowed to access the safe-deposit box.

The Bank keeps confidential the information about the contents of the safe deposit box. The Bank also ensures the maintenance of the microclimate indicators of the depository as established by the legislation, according to which the air temperature is 18-25°C, the relative humidity is 40-60%.

The bank safe custody items can be cash, securities, precious metals, precious and semi-precious stones, other valuables and documents.

The safe custody items cannot be cold weapon and firearms, ammunition supplies, explosive, flammable, narcotic, radioactive, chemical, bacteriological substances, and items and substances that can cause material or other harm to the bank and/or third parties and pose by virtue of their nature a threat to human health, life and the environment.

To rent a safe-deposit box, it is necessary to present the client’s identity document (confirming their authority), fill out an application for the use of an individual safe-deposit box, sign a closed safe custody agreement according to the established form and pay the cost of the service in accordance with the Schedule of Fees (Remuneration) for Transactions carried out by Belagroprombank JSC.
