Bonds of legal entities
To purchase bonds, you need:
- open a current (settlement) account in the bank in Belarusian rubles;
- open a “depo” account with a depository of a bank (or another depository of the Republic of Belarus) (to account for securities) by concluding an agreement on depository services;
- conclude an agreement with the bank for brokerage services and submit an order for the purchase of securities.
To purchase shares you must:
- open a custody account in a bank depository (or other depository of the Republic of Belarus) by concluding an agreement for depository services;
- conclude a brokerage service agreement with the bank and submit an order to purchase securities.
JSC Belagroprombank sells shares owned by the bank in JSC Belmedsteklo, JSC Gamma Vkusa, JSC Svetlogorsk Pulp and Cardboard Mill (hereinafter referred to as JSC Svetlogorsk PCM), JSC Polesie, JSC Rassvet im. K.P. Orlovsky, JSC Turovschina, JSC Ozeritsky-Agro. The sale of these shares is carried out daily in the trading system of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange OJSC at the following prices:
