The “SMS-notification” service allows you to significantly increase the security when using the card, since you will always receive the most up-to-date information about crediting funds to the current (settlement) account to which the card was issued (hereinafter referred to as the account), cash withdrawal transactions and payment for goods and services almost at the time when these transactions are carried out. If you receive information about suspicious transactions, you can promptly contact the bank or the Bank Processing Center JSC (by phone. 299-25-25) and block the card.

The “SMS-notification” service is provided to the subscribers of the A1, MTS, life mobile networks.

You will receive an Viber/SMS message containing:

• type of transaction;
• amount of the transaction with the currency code;
• abbreviated card number;
• date and time of the transaction;
• place of the transaction;
• the amount of the card balance (only for transactions made with the use of a card).

An Viber/SMS message is usually delivered within a few minutes after the transaction is completed. In some cases, this period may be extended, for example, due to the specific characteristics of activities of your mobile operator.

The service is provided as part of one of three packages. They differ not only in the cost of monthly fee but also in the list of transactions for which an SMS notification is to be sent.

The package «M» - is the most affordable package, intended for those who want to always be aware of the receipts to the account in the on-line mode. It provides minimal security because in addition to incoming transactions it allows you to receive notifications about the refusal to perform other transactions. As part of this package, the holders of the cards BELKART Zabota, Mastercard Unembossed Motsnaya kartka - Zabota can be serviced free of charge.

The package «L» - is for thrifty people who understand the risks associated with using the card abroad (where most fraudulent transactions occur). In addition to foreign transactions, this package provides for the possibility of receiving notifications on transactions from the package “M”. As part of this package, the holders of Visa Gold and Mastercard Gold cards, of the payment ring “PayRing” can be serviced free of charge.

The package «XL» - is a package with maximum content: includes not only notifications for transactions from the previous two packages, but also for spending transactions performed within the country. This package provides the highest level of security. Holders of Visa Platinum and Visa Infinite cards are served within this package free of charge, cardholders of Mastercard Unembossed "Motsnaya Kartka" - "Zabota", BELKART "Zabota" - with a 50% discount, and holders of Visa Gold, Mastercard Gold, Mastercard Gold "Motsnaya Kartka ", Mastercard Gold "Prikosnoveniya", payment ring "PayRing" - with a 30% discount.

If desired, you can activate Viber/SMS-notification not for all but only for selected transactions included in a particular package.

You can activate the service in the subdivisions of Belagroprombank JSC, but it is more convenient to activate the service yourself in the Mobile Internet Banking or Internet Banking system. To do this, select the following menu items: “Cards”/ “Service management”, then you should find the “SMS-notification” icon next to the desired card, click on it and follow the instructions: select a mobile operator, enter the phone number, the desired service validity period, select a service package, if desired - check individual transactions for which you need to receive notification (transactions are selected by clicking the “more details” button under the selected package). The transaction is completed by entering the session key.

You can change the package or the list of transactions for which the notification is to be sent:

• by contacting the branch of Belagroprombank JSC with a passport or other identity document in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
• independently iin the Mobile Internet Banking or Internet Banking system.. To do this, select the following menu items: “Cards” / “Service management”, then you should find the “SMS-notification” icon next to the desired card, click on it, select the previously connected “SMS-notification” (by phone number) and click “Change” button.
