How to activate AutoPay

Belagroprombank JSC offers its clients the following types of automatic payment for services:

Auto Pay in the “Mobile Internet Banking” system

The service allows you to automatically make payments according to the rules you have set up.

The payments that are in the “Subscription Payments”list can be made automatically.

For the initial setup of the Auto Pay service, you need to do the following.

Step 1. Make a payment in "Mobile Internet Banking" and add it to “Subscription Payments”.

To do this, go to the section “Payments” / “Payment for Services” / sel ect the desired service and when paying, put the mark “Add to Subscription Payments”.

After that, this payment will appear in the list of payments for which you can set up the Auto Pay service.

Step 2. Set up the Auto Pay service.

Go to the section “Payments” / “Auto Pay”.

By changing the status of payments at the top of the screen, you can display on the screen: all possible payments for setting up auto payment, your active / inactive payments using the Auto Pay service.

Sel ect the payment you want. When you click on “Payment Amount”, you can choose auto payment according to the invoiced amount or enter the amount at your discretion. By clicking on “Add Payment Schedule”, you can set the start date of the service and the period of auto-replenishment. Click on “Save” to save the settings.

Step 3. Check the payment card fr om which the automatic payment will be made.

In the “Auto Pay” section in the upper right corner, click on the “Settings” icon.

Now you can set the priority of the cards, that is, set the card fr om which the payment will be made in the first place.

Peculiarities of the functioning of the “Auto Pay” service.

• The minimum amount of payment is set at 0.01 BYN (the maximum amount can be determined by the service provider in favor of which the payment is made).
• The time when the bank debits funds from the current (settlement) account to which the card was issued, according to the schedule set by the client – every day during the payment period at 14:20 and 19:20.
• Payment period during which the payment is made - a period of time within 5 business days from the start date of the auto payment, which is determined by the client.

Auto payment at the self-service terminal

The Auto Pay service can be used at any bank’s self-service terminal.

For the initial setup of the Auto Pay service, please do the following:

1. Sel ect the Auto Pay service fr om the list of transactions in the self-service terminal menu.
2. From the list of your subscription payments, sel ect the required payment and click “Select”.
3. Check the correctness of the description of the payment you have selected and click “Change”.
4. To activate the “Auto Pay” service, sel ect the “YES” status in the “Service Activity” field.

If you sel ect the “NO” status, your payment is deactivated.

5. Enter the desired end date of the service activity in the YYYYMMDD format or leave it blank and press “Enter”.
6. Enter the name of your payment, for example, “My Internet” and press “Enter”.
7. Enter the amount to be deposited and press “Enter”.
8. Enter the full name of the payer, if the full name is displayed automatically, check the correctness of the data and press “Enter”.
9. Set up the service schedule:
• click “Add”;
• enter the date of the first launch in the format YYYYMMDD and the repetition period.
10. Click “Continue”, check the changes you have made for setting up the Auto Pay service and click “Save”.
11. If the transaction is approved by the bank, click “Continue” and enter the PIN.

MTS Auto Pay

The MTS Auto Pay service is a convenient way to replenish the balance of an MTS personal account, since now there is no need to constantly monitor and replenish the balance of a personal account.

You can activate the service in the Mobile Internet Banking system (so far only on mobile devices with the IOS operating system).

When the balance of your personal account decreases to the value you specified, MTS shall automatically inform the bank about the need to make a payment to pay for MTS services. The bank will write off the amount indicated by the client fr om the account to which the card was issued and transfer it to the MTS operator.

The minimum balance of the MTS personal account (the minimum threshold for the balance of the MTS personal account is set in the amount from 10 Belarusian kopecks to 19.9 Belarusian rubles).

To activate the service in the Mobile Internet Banking system:

1. Go to the section “Payments” / “Auto Pay”;
2. From the list of your subscription payments, sel ect a payment in favor of the MTS operator;
3. Add a payment schedule, set up the service start date, period, as well as the amount of auto-replenishment and the minimum balance on the account.

Recurring payment in the “Internet Banking” system

Periodic payment allows you to automatically pay for mobile services and Internet providers.

For the initial setup of Recurring Payment, you must complete the following steps.

Step 1. Go to the “Internet Banking” system, in the menu on the left, sel ect “Recurring Payment” fr om the list of services.

Step 2. Set up the “Recurring Payment”.

To do this, sel ect the desired section fr om the list of offered services to set up Periodic Payment.

Sel ect the account fr om which the payment will be made.

Fill out the section “Make Recurring Payments for the Service”. When you check the “Invoiced Amount” checkbox, the periodic payment will be made in the amount that the service provider will charge. If the “Charged Amount” mark is not checked, then you can enter the amount at your discretion at the next step.

Set the frequency, the date of the first payment and the end date of your order for the recurring payment.

• The first payment will be made on the start date you specified.
• If you enter the current day as the start date of the period, then the first payment will be made at the same day, provided that you register the recurring payment no later than 22 hours 59 minutes.
• Starting from the first payment, all subsequent payments will be made in the number of days you specified. For example, if you set the first payment on May 15 with a frequency of every 5 days, then the second payment will take place on May 20, the third on May 25, and so on.
• After the expiration date of the recurring payment, no payments will be made.
