How to transfer money from card to card

The procedure for transferring through the website www.card2card.by and the mobile application «BULBA»:

1. Go to the website www.card2card.by (or) the mobile application «BULBA»;
2. Select «Transfer from card to card»;
3. Enter your card number, its validity period, security code (located on the back), recipient's card number, transfer amount;
4. Accept the terms of the public offer;
5. Click the «Translate» button;
6. Enter the 3D-Secure password (BELCART-InternetPassword).

The procedure for transferring through the Belagroprombank mobile application and Internet banking:

1. Go to the mobile application Belagroprombank (or) Internet banking;
2. Go to the «Payments» section;
3. In the «Transfers» subsection, depending on the recipient's card, select «Transfer to a bank client», «Transfer to a client of another bank», «Transfer abroad» or «Transfer by phone number» *;
4. Fill in the details of the recipient's card**, indicate the amount of the transfer and confirm the transaction using one of the available methods (using a mobile key*** or using biometrics****).

** With the exception of «Transfers by phone number», where the requisite for the transfer is the recipient's mobile phone number, to which the card is linked;
*** A mobile key is required to confirm transactions in the mobile application.
**** Payment confirmation using biometrics is available only in the Belagroprombank mobile application.

Attention! On the website www.card2card.by and the mobile application «BULBA» you can make transfers using Mastercard, VISA, BELKART cards of Belarusian banks, through which 3D-Secure (BELKART-InternetPassword) is connected.

The procedure for transferring through an ATM:

1. Insert the card from which the transfer is made into the ATM.
2. Enter the PIN code.
3. Select the «Transfer Funds» button.

The procedure for transferring through the kiosk:

Transfer between cards of Belagroprombank JSC.

1. insert the card into the card reader of the information kiosk;
2. enter the PIN code of the card;
3. select «Payment for services»;
4. select «Add payment»;
5. select «Banking Services»;
6. select «Transfer from card to card»;
7. select the service, depending on the currency of the card to which the transfer is being made, «Transfer in BYN, USD, EUR, RUB, CNY to a BAPB card» (for example, to transfer from a card in BYN to a card in RUB, select «Transfer in RUB to a BAPB card»);
8. follow further instructions on the screen.

Transfer from the card of Belagroprombank JSC to the card of other banks.

1. insert the card into the card reader of the kiosk;
2. enter the PIN code of the card;
3. select «Payment for services»;
4. select «Add payment»;
5. select «Banking Services»;
6. select «Transfer from card to card»;
7. select «Transfer to cards of other banks of the Republic of Belarus»;
8. follow further instructions on the screen.

Transfer from a card of another bank to a card of Belagroprombank JSC.

1. insert the card into the card reader of the kiosk;
2. enter the PIN code of the card;
3. select «Payment for services»;
4. select «Add payment»;
5. select «Banking Services»;
6. select «Transfer from card to card»;
7. select «To the cards of Belagroprombank JSC »;
8. follow further instructions on the screen.

Transfer between cards issued by other banks (not Belagroprombank JSC).

1. insert the card into the card reader of the kiosk;
2. enter the PIN code of the card;
3. select «Payment for services»;
4. select «Add payment»;
5. select «Banking Services»;
6. select «Transfer from card to card»;
7. select «Transfer between cards of banks of the Republic of Belarus»;
8. follow further instructions on the screen.

Transfer abroad.

1. insert the card into the card reader of the kiosk;
2. enter the PIN code of the card;
3. select «Payment for services»;
4. select «Add payment»;
5. select «Banking Services»;
6. select «Transfer from card to card»;
7. select «Transfer abroad»;
8. select the line with the name of the payment system to the card of which the funds are being transferred («Transfer to Visa», «Transfer to Mastercard», «Transfer to MIR»);
9. read the information on the screen and click «Continue»;
10. enter «Card number»;
11. enter «Card expiration date» (mmyy format);
12. get acquainted with the size of the commission charged by Belagroprombank JSC. If you agree with the specified conditions, click «Continue»;
13. enter the recipient's last name in Latin;
14. enter the name of the recipient in Latin;
15. enter the transfer amount;
16. read the information on the screen and press «Enter»;
17. read the information on the screen. If you agree with the specified conditions, click «Confirm»;
18. follow further instructions on the screen.

For transfers through the website www.card2card.by, the mobile application «BULBA», the amount of the commission is posted on the website www.card2card.by in the «Tariffs» section.

For transfers through the Belagroprombank mobile application, Internet banking or ATM, the amount of the commission fee is posted in the Collection of fees (fees) for operations carried out by Belagroprombank JSC, posted here.

The transfer fee will be calculated automatically by the service and displayed on the screen.

Issuing banks may charge additional fees associated with money transfer transactions.

In cases where the currency of the card of the sender and (or) the recipient of the transfer is different from the Belarusian ruble, a currency exchange operation is carried out (for the sender's card - at the rates of the bank issuing the card of the sender of the transfer, for the card of the recipient of the transfer - at the rates of the bank issuing the card of the recipient of the transfer).

1. According to the card-issuing country of the recipient of the transfer:

• it is possible to transfer from a card issued by a resident bank of the Republic of Belarus to a Mastercard payment system card issued in all countries, except listed below: Kuwait, Iran, Sudan, Syria, Bahamas, Botswana, Ghana, Yemen, Cambodia, Pakistan, Panama , Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Sri Lanka, Ethiopia;
• it is possible to transfer from a card issued Belagroprombank JSC, to a Visa payment system card issued in the following countries.

1. By the number of transfers:

• 5 operations in 24 hours;
• 15 operations in 4 days;
• 60 operations per month.

2. By the amount of transfers:

• the minimum amount of one transfer is 1 BYN;
• the maximum amount of one transfer is 1600 BYN/525 USD/ 475 EUR/ 48 000 RUB (depending on the transfer currency).

3. The maximum amount of all transfer transactions on the card of the sender of transfers:

• in 24 hours - 5000 BYN,
• in 4 days - 15000 BYN,
• per month - 40000 BYN.

If the above limits are exceeded, the transfer operation will not be completed successfully.

Please note that the above restrictions apply only to the acquiring network of the bank, transfers will be available in the systems of other banks depending on their limit policies.

1. A client who wants to receive a transfer to his card needs to select «Create a QR code / link for transfer» on the website www.card2card.by or select «Transfer request» in the menu in the BULBA mobile application;
2. Next, you need to enter your card details - the full number of your card, as well as the amount of the transfer;
3. After clicking the «Create Link» button, copy the link and send it to the person transferring money via SMS, e-mail or any messenger;
4. A client who is going to transfer money by clicking on the link automatically gets to the site page with information about the card of the recipient of the transfer and the amount of the transfer;
5. To complete the transfer, the client enters the data of the card from which he is going to make the transfer, presses the "Agree with the public offer" button, then the «Transfer» button, enters the 3D-Secure password (BELCART-InternetPassword).

Upon successful completion of the transfer, a receipt is displayed, which, if necessary, can be printed.

Important to remember!  The transfer will fail if:

• insufficient funds on the sender's card;
• the sender's and (or) the recipient's card is blocked;
• the validity period of the card of the sender and (or) the recipient has expired;
• the bank issuing the card of the sender and (or) the recipient has prohibited the transfer, etc.
