Procedure for providing services at RUE "National Airport Minsk" (check-in for a flight, baggage wrapping, Fast Track):

AIR PASSENGER:

1. Reports the availability of Belkart Maximum Business and the flight number at the information desk on the 3rd floor.

2. Attaches the Belkart Maximum Business card/smartphone with the Belkart Pay application to the terminal.

3. Receives a receipt for each selected service.

4. Depending on the selected services, should:

go to the baggage wrapping area;
to the business counter for check-in for the flight (directed by an airport employee at the information desk);
to the point for passing the pre-flight inspection.

Visiting business lounges at RUE "National Airport Minsk":

AIR PASSENGER:

1. Presents boarding pass and Belkart Maximum Business (physical card or Belkart Pay) to the airport employee at the business lounge counter.

2. Receives a receipt.

3. Visits the business lounge.

Visiting business lounges at airports and railway stations outside the Republic of Belarus

CARD HOLDER:

1. Installs the MILE ON AIR mobile application (available in the AppStore, PlayMarket, AppGallery).

2. Registers in the MILE ON AIR application using the phone number specified when issuing the card.

3. Presents the code assigned in the application to the airport employee at the business lounge counter.

Provision of concierge service (24-hour information support service)

Activation of the service is considered to be the receipt by the client of a welcome message in an SMS message/via messengers/call.

To use the services, you must read the agreement and agree to the processing of personal data on the Belkart Maximum page of i-Concierge.by.
