Since 2005 JSC Belagroprombank has gained an extensive experience in cooperation on the international financial market and today is well-known among financial circles in Russia, Germany, Italy, Poland and other countries around the world.

Due to close cooperation of JSC Belagroprombank with foreign banks and insurance institutions since 2005 JSC Belagroprombank has raised more than USD 13.6 billion in equivalent through foreign borrowings in order to finance foreign trade contracts of bank’s customers.

JSC Belagroprombank’s international activity also includes operations on the international debt capital markets. In 2006, a debut syndicated loan was raised. Since then the bank has successfully closed 14 syndicated loan transactions totaling over USD 1 billion in equivalent. Moreover, JSC Belagroprombank is the first bank in Belarus to place debt obligations on the international market for a period of 3 years.

Today the portfolio of projects implemented by the bank includes outstanding and significant transactions both in terms of the periods of attracting resources, and in terms of the participants in transactions. In addition, JSC Belagroprombank has an experience in participation in syndicated loans of other banks as Lead Organizer and Lender.

With the participation of representative office of JSC Belagroprombank in Milan (Italy) acting since 2007 various transactions in the field of trade finance and investment projects financing of bank’s clients with Italian counterparties have been realized. The bank’s active presence in the Italian financial market has created additional opportunities to find new business partners in the banking sector as well as to promote cooperation between Belarusian and Italian enterprises in various spheres of economy.
