Foreign-exchange transactions
JSC Belagroprombank offers its corporate customers and individual entrepreneurs to carry out foreign-exchange transactions in the domestic foreign-exchange market of the Republic of Belarus.
JSC Belagroprombank provides an opportunity to negotiate deals on various segments of the foreign-exchange market:
- on exchange auctions held by Joint Stock Company Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange
- on the over-the-counter foreign exchange market
JSC Belagroprombank guarantees the maximum operational performance of deals with a client, provided a client acts in compliance with the legislation and the Bank’s demands on the transaction performance.
To perform a transaction a client can apply to any Bank’s branch. Transactions are performed in accordance with the terms stipulated in the foreign-exchange transactions agreement, concluded between a client and JSC Belagroprombank.
Foreign-exchange transactions are performed by corporate customers and individual entrepreneurs in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and the local regulatory legal acts of JSC Belagroprombank. The Guideline for foreign-exchange transactions with participation of corporate customers and individual entrepreneurs, approved by the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus dd. July 28, 2005 №112 is the principal document which regulates the procedure for performance of foreign exchange transactions.
