Loan to finance purchase of housing bonds
The loan is provided for the purchase of housing bonds.

* - the interest rate for the use of the loan is variable, and it changes on the day of the change in the refinancing rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus.
Interest is paid monthly and is calculated based on the actual daily loan balance, beginning the month following the loan disbursement, no later than on the last working day of the month in which the payment is due.
Principal is paid monthly in equal installments. Grace period for principal is possible for a period up to 1,5 years.
Loan currency: Belarusian rubles.
Minimum loan amount: 1000 Belarusian rubles.
Fee for preparing a contract of guarantee to be signed with an individual to secure the repayment of a loan - 20 Belarusian rubles.
Fee for preparing a pledge agreement to be signed with an individual to secure the repayment of a loan - 45 Belarusian rubles.
Maximum loan amount: within the borrower’s solvency, but not more than 90% of the cost of housing bonds (based on the selling price).
Loan term: up to 20 years.
Loan can be repaid at bank services centers of JSC Belagroprombank regardless of the branch that issued a loan, as well as in self-service devices and remote banking systems.
Loan disbursement: one-time or by opening a credit line with the right of the borrower to receive and use within a period not exceeding 3 years from the moment of the loan agreement conclusion by cashless transfer to the current (settlement) account of the issuer of housing bonds.
Loan collateral:
• when granting a loan in the amount of not more than 5,000 Belarusian rubles - a guarantee of at least 2 (two) individuals and (or) mortgage of residential premises built using the loan;
• when granting a loan in the amount of more than 5,000 Belarusian rubles - a guarantee of at least 2 (two) individuals and a mortgage of residential premises built using the loan;
• pledge of the apartment owned by the borrower at the time of submission of documents for consideration of the issue of a loan and mortgage of residential premises built using the loan.
When using only a mortgage of residential premises built using a loan as a security for a loan, from the moment a loan agreement is entered until a mortgage agreement of a residential building built using a loan is provided to the bank, the guarantee for the borrower’s obligations under the loan agreement is a guarantee of at least 2 (two) individuals or a pledge of an apartment owned by the applicant at the time of filing for consideration of the loan.
Loan eligibility requirements for borrowers and guarantors:
• The individual must be aged 18 or over and hold Belarusian citizenship, with registered residence in the Republic of Belarus and with permanent officially confirmed income in the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter “Individuals”);
• Average monthly net income of the individual exceeds the average per capita income;
• The individual has no bad debt and (or) no negative credit history (for individuals acting as individual entrepreneurs in the Republic of Belarus – absence of outstanding tax liabilities, charges and other outstanding payments into the budget (additionally required)).
Loan application review period: 30 business days.
