Closed safe custody
Individuals are offered to store their valuables in a safe deposit box.
Upon the customer’s request, another person can be allowed to access the safe deposit box.
The Bank keeps confidential the information about the contents of the safe box. The Bank also provides maintenance of the microclimate of the depository as established by law, whereunder the air temperature is 18-25°C, and the relative humidity is 45-60%.
Safe custody service provides storage for cash, securities, precious metals, precious and semiprecious stones, other valuables and documents.
The following items are not accepted for safe custody: cold weapon and firearms, ammunition supplies, explosive material, inflammables, narcotics, radioactive substances, chemical substances, bacteriological substances, as well as items and substances that can cause material or other damage to the bank and/or third persons and pose, by virtue of their nature, a threat to health, human life and environment.
To rent a safe deposit box, you need to present the client’s identification document, fill in the safe deposit box application form, sign a Custody document on provision of a safe deposit box for temporary use in the established format and pay the fee as per the Fee Guide of JSC Belagroprombank.
Customers are provided with unrestricted access to a safe depositary box during the bank’s business hours.
