Transactions over the Internet
JSC Belagroprombank offers card holders to carry out transactions in the Internet on the base of the Agreement on provision of an opportunity to pay for goods and services over the Internet, the Regulations of carrying out the payment for goods and services over the Internet and the Instructions on activation/deactivation of an opportunity to pay for goods and services over the Internet.
To pay for goods and services over the Internet is possible when the identification of the card holder is made with the help of CVV2/CVC2. For provision of this service a customer should use the system of “Internet banking”, and the holders of corporate cards should apply to the bank’s office where the account was opened.

For provision of an opportunity for carrying our transactions of payment for goods and services using 3D-Secure technology, it is not needed to apply to the bank’s office where the account was opened; the card holder does it on his own in the system “Internet banking”. Activation /deactivation of a possibility of payment for goods and services over the Internet (including the use of 3D-Secure technology) is done according to the Instruction on activation/deactivation of a possibility of carrying out transactions of payment for goods and services over the Internet:
1. For the moment of activation/deactivation of an opportunity of payment for goods and services over the Internet (including the use of 3D-Secure technology), it is necessary for a customer to be a user of the system “Internet banking” (further – System).
2. To activate 3D-Secure technology a customer should:
- enter the System,
- chose the menu item “Transactions over the Internet”,
- from the provided list of services choose a card, for which activation of 3D-Secure will be used, and push the button “Activation of 3D-Secure technology”,
- fill in the required data for activation of 3D-Secure technology.
2.1. The filling in of the required data for activation of 3D-Secure technology is carried out in the following way:
- in the field “Choose a personal message” it is necessary to enter the text, that will be displayed as a greeting when making a payment using the technology of 3D-Secure, for example, “good morning, Vasya!”;
- in the field “Secret question” it is necessary to choose one variant from the provided list;
- in the field “Answer to a question” it is necessary to enter the word, that will be used as the answer to a secret question;
- in the field “Password” it is necessary to enter the word, that will be used as a password for making payments with the use of the technology 3D-Secure;
- to quit the transaction of activation of 3D-Secure technology it is necessary to push the button “Continue” and confirm the action by entering the session key.
2.2. To reactivate 3D-Secure technology it is needed to do all the steps, mentioned in art. 3. Reactivation of 3D-Secure technology is done if you forgot the word of your personal message, a secret question, answer to a question and/or the password.
2.3. For making payments with the use of the technology 3D-Secure on the final step will be displayed a form, where it is necessary to check the correctness of a personal message and confirm the payment by entering the password.
2.4. The meanings of the secret question and the answer are used in case it is necessary to change the password while making the payment (in case it has been lost, etc.), by choosing in the menu “Forgot/change my password” on the final stage of the payment.
3. To activate an opportunity of payment for goods and services in the Internet (without use of 3D-Secure technology) a customer should beforehand to activate 3D-Secure in accordance with art. 2, and then:
- enter the System,
- choose the menu item “Transactions over the Internet”,
- from the provided list choose a card, for which activation of 3D-Secure will be used, and push the button “Allow transactions over the Internet”,
- check the card’s data, push the button “Continue” and confirm the action by entering the session key.
4. To deactivate an opportunity of payment for goods and services in the Internet (without use of 3D-Secure technology) a customer should:
- enter the System,
- choose the menu item “Transactions over the Internet”,
- from the provided list choose a card, for which deactivation will be used, and push the button “Forbid transactions over the Internet”,
- check the card’s data, push the button “Continue” and confirm the action by entering the session key.
5. To deactivate 3D-Secure a customer should deactivate an opportunity of payment for goods and services in the Internet (without use of 3D-Secure technology) beforehand according to art. 4, and then:
- enter the System,
- choose the menu item “Transactions over the Internet”,
- from the provided list choose a card, for which deactivation of 3D-Secure will be used, and push the button “Deactivate 3D-Secure”,
- push the button “Continue” and confirm the action by entering the session key.
