Direct financing

Direct financing is a form of organization of financing using the resources of foreign financial institutions in which the facility is provided to the importer  ( the Bank's client ) directly from the foreign financial institution against the Bank’s guarantee (scheme) .

The basic conditions necessary for the implementation of this instrument of financing:

• no need to effect the payment by a letter of credit;
• conclusion of the agreement directly between the buyer and foreign financing organization;
• mandatory providing of the guarantee of JSC «Belagroprombank» in favor of foreign institution;
• the necessity of Accounting Reports of the buyer in accordance with International financial standards;
• interest rate does not exceed the average interest rate for credits granted by Belarusian banks in foreign currency;
• financing is available for up to 5 years.
