Export from the customs territory of the Customs Union of commemorative coins made of precious metals, which are legal means of payment in the Republic of Belarus, adjusted for personal use, is carried out by individuals without quantitative and cost constraints.
Export from the customs territory of the Customs Union of precious metal coins, including commemorative coins made of precious metals, which are legal tender in the Republic of Belarus, adjusted for personal use, implemented within the customs value * not more than 25,000 US dollars - without customs fee.
Export by individuals from the customs territory of the Customs Union of commemorative coins of non-precious metals, which are legal tender in the Republic of Belarus is allowed:
• customs value* not more than 10,000 US dollars - without mandatory declaration;
• customs value * more than 10,000 US dollars - a mandatory declaration.
* Customs value is determined on the basis of the declared by an individual value of commemorative coins, confirmed by the original documents, containing information on the cost of commemorative coins. In case of absence of information on the value of commemorative coins in the documents or absence of documents, the customs official has the right to independently determine the customs value of commemorative coins.
The list of regulations governing the export of commemorative coins:
• Agreement on the movement of goods by individuals for personal use through the customs border of the Customs Union and customs operations connected with their release (Annex 1 and 3, concluded in St. Petersburg 18.06.2010);
• Agreement on the regulations of movement by individuals of cash and (or) monetary instruments across the customs border of the Customs Union dated 05.07.2010.
