JSC “Belagroprombank” actively and consistently develops business relationship with financial institutions in Italy. The Italian region is a priority area for our interest.

At present, we can confidently say that we are approaching new level of cooperation with the Italian banks and SACE. Thus, in August, for the first time transaction  worth over 20 million EUR was implemented with the assistance of the Italian insurance agency. As a result of trade-economic cooperation between  two republics SACE raised the fund  for Belarus to 80 million EUR  in September 2010.

JSC “Belagroprombank” together with one of the leading Italian bank Intesa Sanpaolo SpA have implemented  the deal to attract the financing of equipment supply for hot-dip galvanizing line worth over 6 million EUR. Funding is provided for a period of 9 years and 9 months from the date of opening  letter of credit under the Italian Agency SACE. Implementation of this project is a significant step towards strengthening cooperation with the Italian financial institutions, as well as a precedent for future collaborative work.
