Cash and settlement service

JSC Belagroprombank offers all-inclusive cash and settlement services for corporate customers and individual entrepreneurs in local and foreign currency in accordance with the acting legislation and the current (settlement) bank account agreement concluded with the client. The following documents are needed to open a current (settlement) account for corporate customers and individual entrepreneurs who are residents of the Republic of Belarus:

1. Account opening application signed by an authorized officer (to be completed in one copy; when opening several bank accounts the application is completed for each account) (application form);

2. A copy (without notarial certification, certified by the business entity) of the Charter (Articles of Incorporation – for a commercial organization acting only under the Articles of Incorporation), with a stamp proving state registration, – for a corporate customer.

3. A copy (without notarial certification, certified by the business entity) of the certificate on state registration – for an individual entrepreneur.

4. A card of specimen signatures of officials of a corporate customer or an individual entrepreneur who are authorized to sign payment documents, and seal samples.

On a current (settlement) bank account the bank conducts operations such as putting funds arrived in the name of the account holder in the account and writing off funds from these accounts based on customer’s payment instructions. We offer the following cash and settlement services: Opening accounts for corporate customers and individual entrepreneurs.

The Bank opens current(settlement) accounts, subaccounts, temporary and other types of accounts for clients, including clients who already have current accounts with other banks; non-cash transfers; accepting payment documents for collection; keeping records of outstanding payment documents and payment thereof as soon as funds arrive in a current (settlement) account; preparing and issuing cheque books and making payments through cheques for goods and services; issuing statements and certificates on customer accounts; remote bank service “Client-Bank”; cash advance from a current (settlement) account; accepting cash from corporate clients and individual entrepreneurs and putting it into their current (settlement) accounts; accepting cash from corporate clients and individual entrepreneurs, whether or not clients of JSC Belagroprombank, and putting it into current (settlement) accounts of recipients with an option of cash collection service, if necessary; accepting proceeds from individual entrepreneurs through exchange offices; transactions with bank cards; attesting the authenticity of signatures in a card of specimen signatures.
